How Seshat works

Your inbox is full. Seshat moves your old email somewhere safe and searchable, then clears the space — without you ever losing a thing. Here's the whole process, in four steps.

Connect your mailbox

Sign in to your email on its own provider page — Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, and more. Seshat never sees your password; you just grant permission to read your mail, and you can revoke it any time.

Everything moves into your vault

Seshat copies every email and attachment into a private, encrypted vault, neatly organized by year and month. This is a copy — your inbox isn't touched yet, so nothing is at risk.

Every email is verified

Before anything else happens, Seshat double-checks that each email is stored perfectly — byte-for-byte identical to the original. Only confirmed items move on.

You free up the space

You choose how far back to clear — say, everything older than a year. Seshat removes just those old emails from your inbox to reclaim space. The originals stay safe in your vault, and you can search or download them any time.
